Building a Livelihood & Innovation Centre for Our Youth At Community Change and Transformation Initiative (COTI), we believe that lasting transformation begins with opportunity. Our mission is to empower the less privileged—especially youth and women—through skills, knowledge, and community-driven development.
We are now establishing a Livelihood and Skilling Centre in Kayabwe Town Council, Mpigi District. This Centre will be a hub of hope and innovation, equipping young people with practical skills that open doors to self-reliance and dignity. From vocational training in tailoring, carpentry, and mechanics, to modern skills in digital media, agribusiness, and green technologies, we aim to shape a generation of job creators—not job seekers.

Why does this matter?

Too many of our youth remain trapped in cycles of unemployment, poverty, and despair. Our community holds incredible potential, but it needs a place to be nurtured. This Centre is more than a building—it’s a beacon of possibility, a safe space where dreams can be born and skills can be sharpened. We are calling upon well-wishers, partners, NGOs, and individuals who believe in youth empowerment to join hands with us.
